These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Precision Fabshop & Steel Solutions L.L.C. (“Precision Fabshop,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

By accessing this website, submitting a contact form or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website.

This website provides general information about Precision Fabshop’s structural steel fabrication, welding, steel components, steel buildings, stairs, railings, custom metal fabrication and related services.

Website content is provided for general informational and preliminary project-planning purposes. It is not engineering advice, architectural advice, code approval, safety certification or a guarantee that we will accept or complete a particular project.

Submitting a form, sending project documents, requesting pricing or communicating with Precision Fabshop does not create a contract or require us to perform any work.

A quote request allows us to review the available project information. We may require additional drawings, measurements, specifications, photographs, site information or clarification before preparing pricing.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

• Website prices and general price ranges are estimates only
• Material prices are subject to change
• Availability and lead times are not guaranteed
• Verbal discussions are not final proposals
• Email responses do not automatically authorize work
• Submission of drawings does not reserve production time
• Requesting a quote does not place a project on our schedule

A project becomes binding only after the applicable estimate, proposal, contract or work authorization has been accepted and all required signatures, deposits and other stated conditions have been completed.

Every project is governed by its applicable written documents, which may include:

• Estimates
• Proposals
• Contracts
• Approved drawings
• Specifications
• Scope descriptions
• Change orders
• Invoices
• Payment schedules
• Warranty terms
• Written project clarifications

If these website Terms conflict with an accepted project agreement, the accepted project agreement controls that project.

Project-specific terms may address deposits, payments, price changes, schedules, cancellations, material ownership, storage, delivery, installation, warranties and change orders. Those terms are not automatically established by this website.

Nothing in these Terms waives a legal or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Customers and project representatives are responsible for providing accurate, complete and current project information.

Information submitted for review should identify, when applicable:

• Current drawing revisions
• Project specifications
• Dimensions
• Material types and grades
• Quantities
• Connection details
• Weld requirements
• Finish requirements
• Project location
• Site conditions
• Delivery requirements
• Installation requirements
• Requested schedule
• Inspection and documentation requirements

Precision Fabshop may rely on information provided by customers, contractors, architects, engineers and other project representatives.

We are not responsible for errors, omissions, conflicts, rework or delays caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unapproved information supplied by others.

Changes to drawings, dimensions, quantities, materials, finishes, schedules or site conditions may require revised pricing, additional production time or a written change order.

Fabrication should be based on clear, current and approved project documents. Customers are responsible for identifying the drawings, details and revisions that control the requested work.

Current PDF drawings should be provided even when CAD files are available. CAD files do not replace the controlling PDF drawings, notes, specifications and revisions unless expressly agreed in writing.

Precision Fabshop is not responsible for work fabricated from an outdated drawing when the current revision was not supplied or clearly identified before fabrication.

Precision Fabshop is a steel fabrication and welding company. Unless expressly included in a written agreement, we do not provide architectural, structural-engineering or other licensed professional-design services.

When engineering or sealed drawings are required, Precision Fabshop may coordinate with a third-party licensed professional. Third-party engineering is not represented as an in-house service.

Structural loads, member selection, connection design, code compliance and other professional-design decisions must be established by the appropriate licensed professional or approved project documents.

Nothing on this website should be used as a substitute for project-specific engineering, architectural review, permitting, inspection or code evaluation.

Services described on the website may include fabrication, welding, finishing, delivery, erection, field fit-up, installation or related work. Not every service is included with every project.

The accepted proposal or contract determines the actual scope of work.

Unless expressly included in writing, a fabrication quote should not be interpreted as automatically including:

• Engineering
• Permits
• Inspections
• Material testing
• Concrete work
• Foundations
• Demolition
• Electrical work
• Plumbing
• HVAC work
• Crane service
• Special lifting equipment
• Delivery
• Unloading
• Installation
• Field welding
• Coating touch-up
• Work performed by other trades

Customers should carefully review the inclusions, exclusions, assumptions and responsibilities listed in each proposal before approving it.

We attempt to keep website information accurate and current. Website content may nevertheless contain errors, omissions or outdated information.

Materials, availability, capabilities, service areas, production schedules, pricing and finish options may change without notice.

Photographs, videos, drawings, renderings and completed-project examples illustrate previous work or general capabilities. They do not guarantee that another project will have identical materials, dimensions, finishes, pricing, performance or results.

Website content must not be used as controlling fabrication, engineering or installation instructions.

You may submit drawings, photographs, specifications, CAD files, written descriptions and other project-related materials for review.

By submitting these materials, you represent that:

• You have authority or permission to provide them
• Their submission does not violate another person’s rights
• The information is not knowingly false or misleading
• Precision Fabshop may use the materials to evaluate, quote, plan or perform the requested work

You retain any ownership rights you hold in submitted materials.

You grant Precision Fabshop permission to copy, store, review, modify and share submitted materials with employees, suppliers, subcontractors, installers, professional advisers and third-party engineers when reasonably necessary to evaluate or complete the requested project.

Submitting project materials does not authorize Precision Fabshop to publish confidential drawings or customer-specific documents for advertising without separate permission.

Do not submit export-controlled, classified or specially restricted information without contacting us and establishing an appropriate written agreement first.

The website and its original content—including text, graphics, logos, branding, page designs, videos and photographs—are owned by or licensed to Precision Fabshop and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print reasonable portions of the website for personal or internal project-planning purposes.

Without written permission, you may not:

• Copy substantial portions of the website
• Republish website content
• Present our photographs as examples of your own work
• Remove copyright or ownership notices
• Use our name or branding to imply endorsement

Electronic communications and file transfers cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, complete payment-card information, banking credentials, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information through a general website form or ordinary email.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, this website and its informational content are provided on an “as available” basis.

Precision Fabshop does not warrant that:

• The website will be free from errors or interruptions
• All website content will remain current
• Every inquiry will receive a quote
• Every requested project will be accepted
• Website information will be suitable for a specific engineering, construction or safety decision

This disclaimer does not replace, expand or reduce warranties expressly stated in an accepted project agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Fabshop will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising solely from use of, inability to use or reliance on the general content of this website.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law and does not replace the liability, warranty or remedy provisions of an accepted project agreement.

Website users remain responsible for obtaining professional advice appropriate to their projects.

These Terms and use of this website are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Unless another location is required by law or an accepted project agreement, disputes concerning these website Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction over Williamson County, Texas.

These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive a jury trial or waive statutory consumer rights. Any project-specific dispute provision must be contained in a separately reviewed and accepted written agreement.

Precision Fabshop may update these Terms to reflect changes in the website, business practices or applicable requirements.

Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes to these website Terms do not retroactively modify an accepted project agreement unless the parties agree in writing.

Continued use of the website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
